Admission Procedure
- A prescribed form is to be filled up and submitted on or before the due date in the office of the Institute.
- The parents become aware of the ideals and discipline of the Institute by going through the school prospectus.
- The children of the willing or interested parents come to school on specific dates and are kept involved in certain enjoyable activities and in a little chit-chat or conversation. There are no entrance exams for students up to class-VIII.
- The school provides 25% reservation for admission of students belonging to SC/ST/BPL/SEBC and weaker sections at the entry-level, i.e. in class-I.
- Admission is confirmed after:
- Filling up of the “Declaration Form” by the parents to work jointly for a new experimental system of education.
- Depositing the admission and other fees along with the required documents like birth certificate etc. of the child.
N.B.:- Once the child is admitted (whether formally or provisionally) into the Institute the admission and other fees will not be refunded if parents withdraw their child on any ground.
We welcome:
- Parents / Guardians who believe in the ideals of the Mother and Sri Aurobindo, have love and respect towards the Mother and Sri Aurobindo and connected with Pathachakras or Sri Aurobindo Ashram.
- Parents who have questioned values and systems that exist and have felt a need for something better, something truer.
- Parents who have begun to understand that learning is not something that happens only in the classroom and with books… but something that is always happening, and they themselves are as much part of it as their children
- Parents who value the freedom to explore themselves and the world around them afresh and wish the same for their children.
TC / Removal rules
- Parents willing to transfer their ward to another institution have to clear all the dues and collect the transfer form paying Rs. 100. Then take clearances from the institute and submit the form.
- Transfer certificate will be issued after 3 days from the date of submission of the application form.
- The school can remove a student from its rolls if the student fails to follow the discipline of the school
